4H Management, which means "4 HIM I LIVE AND 4 HIM I DIE" was founded in May 1993 with a purpose of helping non-profit organizations to operate with effective and efficient leadership. In May 2000, 4H Management went through a reorganization and expanded its services to faith-based organizations including churches and became 4H Management & Ministries Inc. 4H Management & Ministries Incorporated is a Federally-Certified Non-Profit Entity dedicated to Faith-Based Leadership and Ministry development.

4H recognizes that in this day and age, ministries and organizations are getting more difficult to manage in conjunction with the daily day-to-day activities and demands that are upon the leader's schedule.
